The hotel had a fantastic air conditioning system that kept me cool and relaxed, even during the heatwave. The breakfast was a highlight, and the variety of local dishes and fresh ingredients made the experience all the more enjoyable. The location was great, with easy access to shops, landmarks, and nearby supermarkets. The accommodating hosts were knowledgeable about the area and provided excellent recommendations.
While the security procedures were understandable, being buzzed in each time I arrived did feel slightly cumbersome. This also meant that those seeking anonymity might not enjoy the hotel's atmosphere.

The hotel is a true gem! The aircon is quiet, rooms are spacious, and beds are incredibly comfy. The breakfast is a highlight with high-quality local ingredients. The owner is charming and caring, providing excellent guidance and genuine concern for guests. The breakfast room with a retractable roof adds to the relaxed vibe. Great location too!
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The hotel location was convenient, being close to shops and landmarks. the breakfast selection was well curated with fresh and local ingredients. the atmosphere was relaxing.
The parking space was a little limited and the charge for it was unexpected. the method of accessing the hotel through a front gate buzzer was a bit confusing, but understandable for security reasons.

This hotel was conveniently located, just a short walk from the city center and surrounded by some amazing local restaurants. the room was cozy, with a comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom. the staff were kind and helpful, always ready to assist with whatever we needed. One of the things we loved most about this hotel was the delicious breakfast spread every morning.
The noise level outside the hotel could be a bit high at times, which made it difficult to sleep peacefully at night.

Our stay at Boutique Hotel Enia was absolutely perfect! The owner, Eni, was incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. She even took the time to teach us some Italian. The suite we stayed in was clean, beautifully decorated, and felt brand new. The location of the hotel was ideal, as we could easily walk to the Old part of Prato town. We felt secure with the property being well locked from the street. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were stunning. The breakfast was fresh and varied. we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
Although our stay was wonderful, we did encounter a small issue. Unfortunately, there was no running water in the morning, which meant we couldn't shower, brush our teeth, or use the toilet.
